Despite all phase 1 amenities like the clubhouse, pool, and play areas being incomplete, full maintenance fees are being levied after providing possession, This is causing significant dissatisfaction among residents. 16th sept, 2025: Please note management is not providing us internal cricket stadium access which mean stadium is not part of the society and it can be accessible to us the same way other society residents access it where as sales Team sold all the flat pitching cricket ground and stadium."
